Led by RnR Premier Events co-owner, Rose Serpico this beautiful 1-hour yoga class is aimed at opening the body and mind specifically for the athlete. Rose is an endurance athlete herself and understands the movements required for runners, cyclists and swimmers so they can both perform and recover at their best. This is a welcoming practice and all levels/experiences of yoga is encouraged to attend.
